Description of Yoga practices
Pranayama is a yogic practice of focusing on the breath. In Sanskrit, prana means “life force” and yama means to gain control. Thus, pranayama, becomes breath control.

Morning classes (Vinyasa Yoga) are adapted for all levels and refer to the coordination of movement and breathing, which transforms static asanas into a flow. By moving from one posture to another, this type of yoga gives the body a complete workout by burning a large amount of calories. It tones and strengthens the muscles, brings more body balance, flexibility, reduces stress and has benefits on the immune and cardiovascular systems.

Yin Yoga is a way to open up to our reflective, yin nature; it is a practice of acceptance, of compassion; staying present in the present moment. On a physical level, Yin Yoga works mainly with the connective tissue – joints, tendons, fascias, and the postures are gentle, on the ground. Each posture lasts a minimum of 2 minutes, during which we follow the breath and the subtle movements in the body, which helps us to enter a deeper state of relaxation, to discover and release physical, emotional or mental blockages, to let en- ergia to circulate freely and bring peace to the mind and spirit.

Description Ayurveda Workshops
The workshops will be supported by Angelica Mitrea, who has been studying Ayurveda for 22 years (https://angelicamitrea.ro/), author of a book that includes the specific Ayurvedic treatment line for over 100 conditions and founder of Indian Herbal (https: //indianherbal.ro).

Immunity Workshop
• How immunity is viewed in Ayurveda
• What are the foods and factors that weaken the immune system
• Natural remedies to enjoy good immunity or to get rid of more

In this workshop, you will find out what are the Ayurvedic recommendations to maintain your good immunity or to restore it, when it has been affected.
You will find out which foods and factors weaken the immune system. You will find out which natural remedies are the most suitable for you, for your type, so that you can maintain your health, but also how to get rid of various ailments of the respiratory system as quickly as possible. And last but not least, you will learn one of the 5 basic Ayurvedic therapies that will help you have strong immunity all the time. You will be able to use all this information both for you and for your family, it can also be applied to children.

In this workshop you will learn how you can take care of your skin and hair so that they keep their youthful appearance, but also their shine and beauty. You will learn which foods are the most suitable for delaying the aging process and how you can maintain your hormonal balance, so important to a healthy body. You will find out which are the most suitable rejuvenating remedies and how you can carry out a detoxification therapy at home, for the duration of three days.

Location

The village of Peştera is located at an altitude of approximately 1200 m and is positioned at the foot of the Piatra Craiului Mountains. Also from here you can see the western face of the Bucegi Mountains, a superb view that you can admire every morning.
From Bran, the road goes up to Piatra Craiului Natural Park, on a climb of about 20 minutes. It will probably be one of the most beautiful roads you have ever traveled. The landscape, traditional villages, old houses and nature will leave you speechless. Fresh air, silence, authentic country life, but above all, a fairytale panorama.

The Residence Ambient guesthouse is a new construction, located 190 km from Bucharest, and the access is a few meters from the main street, being secluded and offering guests privacy.
